Perflook and TDWM

To collect Preflook:

 Login by root to the Teradata COP server

TDSAM   à tdsamcop1

Below is the preflook command:

/opt/teradata/gsctools/bin/perflook.sh

Output will save at : /var/gsctools/perflook   

To Collect TDWM Dump:

Login by root to the Teradata COP server

TDSAM   à tdsamcop1

Go to path /home/tdc> (execute below command)

 tdwmdmp -a -l -v -p > tdwmdmp_05032014.log  ---- (change as per date)

(Note: additional options added to the tdwmdmp command. '-p' requires input DBC password)
