Where is statistics information stored?
Prior to TD 14 statistics were stored in DBC.TVFIELDS and DBC.INDEXES.
Starting with TD 14 statistics information is now stored in DBC.STATSTBL.
The upgrade/migration process takes the existing statistics and migrates them into the DBC.STATSTBL table and
then removes the old statistics information from DBC.TVFIELDS and DBC.INDEXES.
